Bütçeye uygun fiyata yüksek doğruluk ve ölçüm stabilitesi. Yeni ZX2 lazer sensörü doğruluk için sınıf performansının ve tüm doğrusal yer değiştirme uygulamaları için hızın en iyisini sunar. HSDR CMOS görüntü sensörü

ZX2, yeni geliştirilen Yüksek Hız ve Dinamik Aralık (HSDR) CMOS görüntü sensörü kullanır. Bu sayede doğruluk kaybı olmadan yüksek emici ile yüksek yansıtıcı aralığındaki yüzeylerde stabil ölçüm elde edilir. ZX2 sürekli alınan ışık seviyesini izler ve lazer diyotu çıkışını dengelemek üzere ayarlar ve tüm bunlar 60μs’lik zaman döngüsünde gerçekleşir.

 

Kolay kurulum

ZX2 Kolay Kurulum ZX2 uzun parametre ayarlamalarıyla yapılan karmaşık kurulum ihtiyacını ortadan kaldırır. Yüzey türünü ölçüm için tanımlayarak sensörü yapılandırmak amacıyla akıllı bir düğme kullanılır.

Doğru doğrusal ölçümler ZX2’nin yüksek hız konum referans uygulamaları için kullanılmasına imkan tanıyarak yüksek hızda gerçekleştirilebilir.

 

Kalınlık ölçümü uygulaması
Kalınlık ölçümü, hesaplama ünitesi aracılığıyla ZX2’de basit hale getirilmiştir. Yüksek seviyede yansıtıcı yüzeylerde bile doğru kalınlık ölçümleri yapılabilir.

 

Çarpıklık ölçümü
Çoklu ZX2 ünitesi kullanılarak bileşenlerin çarpıklığı ya da eğriliği incelenebilir. Sıcaklık ya da ölçüm yüzeyinin değişkenlik gösterdiği durumlarda bile stabil ölçümler yapılabilir.
